Vegetable Cutlet

Cutlet is derived from French côtelette, côte. A mash of vegetables coated with bread crumbs or rava (semolina). Simple, easy and delicious vegetable cutlet that can be served for a evening snack with a chutney or dip. A green chutney or a schezwan sauce goes best with these cutlet.

Gobi Manchurian

One of the most popular manchurian dishes from Indo Chinese cuisine. Manchurian is a sweet, tangy, slightly spicy sauce made chilli sauce, vinegar, ginger and garlic.

Spinach soup

Prepared using spinach as primary ingredient. Good way to include healthy greens in your diet and is low in calories. Generally the combination of spinach goes well with cream but I have not used cream to this soup. I have added potatoes for the thickness.

Carrot Soup

The carrots provide beta carotene. These cooked together with aromatics like onions, garlic and fresh herbs. Properly cooked vegetable soup will last for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.
