Recipe
1. Cook basmati or normal rice in pressure cooker, allow it to cool, spread in a plate and keep it open for 15 to 20 mins.
2. In the next process, heat a kadhai on high flame and add oil to it.
3. Add fresh ginger garlic paste and roast for 20 seconds.
4. Next add green chili, chopped beans, onions, carrots, capsicum and mix them well. Cook for a minute on high flame.
5. Now add spring onions and mix them well. Adjust the flame to low.
6. Make some space in the center of cooked veggies in the pan. Add red chili sauce, green chili sauce, ketchup, soya sauce, pepper powder and salt to taste. Mix well.
7. Now add rice and mix well all ingredients. Cook for few minutes, toss all ingredients well.
8. Fried rice is ready to serve.
